Paul Staley

Hi, I’m a Director at the SDL Group, where my focus lies within the world of the Private Rented Sector. Over the past few years, I’ve taken part in many different activities to help the Group raise over £150,000 for The Donna Louise.

I ran the London Marathon in 2014, also in aid of The Donna Louise, which was a gruelling but fantastic experience, so I’m excited to see what the Tower to Tower challenge will bring! I’m currently easing myself back into training for the challenge as I’ve neglected this a little over the past 18 months while rebuilding my home. I’m attending weekly spin classes, cave classes and also working with a personal trainer. My main goal at the moment is to build up my strength then I will move onto increasing my stamina. I have a donation page set up at and I’m hoping to raise £20,000, as a part of SDL’s wider goal of raising £100,000 over the course of 2018. The Tower to Tower challenge is definitely going to be one of, if not the most difficult challenge of my life, but I’m raring to go!
