Tony Pulis

Middlesbrough Manager and former boss in charge of Stoke City and Crystal Palace, Tony is no stranger to a challenge - conquering Kilimanjaro, the London Marathon and John O’Groats to Land’s End by bike, and was part of the original Team Tower to Tower that rowed from London to Paris in 2015.

He has supported The Donna Louise since his time at Stoke and feels privileged to be able to make a difference to the lives of the children and families they support. He said: "This is probably the most difficult challenge I’ve done so far as there will be no opportunities to sleep but this is nothing compared to what the families of The Donna Louise go through each and every day. The Hospice is a charity very close to my heart and no matter where in the world I end up or what I may be doing, I will always do what I can to support them.”

The Race

A non-stop, 560km challenge by bikes, boats and boots.

The team of 12 will travel by bikes, by boats and on foot in 3 stages covering road, sea and country lane from Paris to London.

Over these 4 long, long days, Team Tower to Tower will face severe fatigue, sleep deprivation, sea sickness, blisters, aching muscles and mental fatigue.
